Pricing questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — from "My subscription" you can upgrade or downgrade any time, and you see the price and limit difference before confirming.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
A yearly plan has the same features as the monthly one, paid once a year at a discount, and its message balance renews every month of the year.
Does the free trial need a card?
No. 14 days without a credit card, and nothing paid is ever switched on until you pay yourself.
What counts as a "message"?
By default a counted message is the AI agent's reply to a customer (chats and comments). Your team's replies don't count, and a reply the platform refused to deliver doesn't count.
What if I run out of messages before the month ends?
You are alerted at 80% and 95%, and can add a message pack or upgrade. The agent pauses until you add balance; your team keeps working as usual.
Are Meta's WhatsApp fees included?
No. Meta's fees for WhatsApp templates (such as campaigns and reminders outside the 24-hour window) are paid to Meta directly at its rates.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes — on plans with the "your own key" service you can add your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key.
Is there setup help?
